For general inquiries or new patients, you may schedule a discovery call, contact me by email at info.treeoflifeih@gmail.com, or by telephone at (720) 310-0170‬. For established patients, communication through the patient portal is best.

Messages are checked Monday through Friday during business hours.  Please allow up to 48 business hours for response.

What do you charge?

The charge for a new patient initial appointment is $225 for a 45-60 minute appointment.  Additional time can be scheduled in 15-minute blocks based on patient needs and complexity. Follow-up appointments are 45-60 minutes and are charged at $175-$225 respectively.  We also offer membership options, and strongly encourage patients to consider these options if beginning their hormone or metabolic support journeys, to allow more 1:1 time and frequency of visits without additional cost.  Additional costs may include labs, specialty testing, and cost of prescriptions or supplements. Payment is due at the time of service.

Do you accept insurance?

No. We are out of network with all insurance companies.  To provide a higher level of care and standard, our business model operates on a cash base only.  We are happy to provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company as an out-of-network provider for any possible reimbursement.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you kindly give us at least 48 hours notice to allow us to fill your spot. No-shows are charged the full amount of the appointment. We understand that occasionally life can bring unexpected emergencies.  Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do you see patients in person?

My practice is entirely virtual at this time.  I am licensed to practice in Colorado.  Visits are completed on our secure HIPAA compliant online platform.

Question 6

Are you a primary care provider?

Accepted Answer

No.  I do not practice as a primary care provider. I encouraged you to maintain a primary care provider for your acute and health maintenance needs, including regular healthcare screenings.  I am happy to collaborate with your providers to address your needs and support your ongoing health.

Question 7

What type of hormones do you prescribe?

Accepted Answer

I prescribe bio-identical hormones only.  Options may include commercially available products such as capsules or patches, or compounded products such as capsules, troches (sublingual tablets), or topical creams formulated to your unique needs.
