Frequently asked questions

Voicemail and email messages are checked Monday through Thursday. Please allow 48 business hours for response.
The charge for a new patient initial appointment is $225 for a 45-minute appointment. Additional time can be scheduled in 15-minute blocks based on patient needs and complexity. Follow-up appointments are 30-45 minutes and are charged at $175-$225 respectively. We also offer a membership option. Additional costs may include labs, specialty testing, and cost of prescriptions or supplements. Payment is due at the time of service.
No. We are out of network with all insurance companies. To provide a higher level of care and standard, our business model operates on a cash base only. We are happy to provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company as an out-of-network provider for any possible reimbursement.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice to allow us to fill your spot. No-shows are charged the full amount of the appointment. We understand that occasionally life can bring unexpected emergencies. Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis.
My practice is entirely virtual at this time. I am licensed to practice in Colorado. Visits are done through our HIPAA compliant online platform. Prescriptions may be sent to a pharmacy of your choosing; however I have a trusted collaboration with Flatiron’s Family Pharmacy in Longmont, CO and prefer to use them for compounding prescriptions. You may contact them directly to discuss pick up, courier, or mail delivery options.
No. I do not practice as a primary care provider. I encouraged you to maintain a primary care provider for your acute and health maintenance needs, including regular healthcare screenings. I am happy to collaborate with your providers to address your needs and support your ongoing health.
I prescribe bio-identical hormones only. Options may include commercially available products such as capsules or patches, or compounded products such as capsules, troches (sublingual tablets), or topical creams formulated to your unique needs.
